On March 31, Three government departments including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of  Commerce and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China jointly issued "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Recycling of Waste Textiles". To further accelerate the recycling of waste textiles, build a resource recycling industrial system and recycling system of waste materials, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, promote the construction of ecological civilization, the development of the implementation of this opinion.
