BEIJING, Dec. 15 -- In order to throughly implement the Opinions of the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council on Further Fighting the Tough Battle of Pollution Prevention and Control and steadily promote the construction of "Zero Waste Cities", The Ministry of Ecology and Environment and other 18 ministries and commissions have formulated the Work Plan for Further Promoting the Construction of 'Zero-Waste Cities' during the 14th Five-Year Period, which is now printed and distributed.
